That said, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement to make it right.

We typically ship within 5 – 8 business days (excluding holidays). We know waiting can feel like forever, but we promise your order is worth the wait!
If your item is damaged, defective, or not as described, you can request a refund or replacement. Just contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with your details and photos.
Once we review and approve your request, we’ll process your refund (to your original payment method) or ship your replacement. Refund times depend on your bank, but we’ll keep you updated along the way!
