We hope you absolutely love what you choose, because we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of heart (we get it – it happens!).
That said, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement to make it right.

Our Policy (Short & Sweet)

Refunds or replacements are available for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Send us an email with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if possible).
Once approved, we’ll take care of the rest – whether that’s a refund or sending you a new item, at no additional cost.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns or Exchanges

To ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards, we don’t accept returns or facilitate exchanges for items that aren’t defective.
